Dan Groover’s quest has always been to deliver soulful messages through his art as it adapts universal dimensions to contemporary techniques and themes which are accessible to all. His vision translates into a ladder set on the ground of a labyrinth, positioned as a bridge between Heaven and Earth. From this ladder, one can then perceive secret lines that link everything in perfect unity and harmony.
Groover found freedom of expression through hip-hop and graffiti painting by tagging the streets and subways of Paris at age fourteen. He transformed his environment and the urban spaces through his art. He then lived in the Caribbean, where he transitioned his art from wall to canvas and created original artworks inspired by the new colours and modesty of his surroundings; his immediate success in first exhibitions propelled him into the art world. He then returned to Israel, and has been active on the Street Art scene in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
As an accomplished artists, he exhibits in many galleries in Jerusalem, Tzfat and Tel Aviv. Some major projects throughout his artistic path include a 600 meter mural, stage design for James Brown, street art conferences over a two year period at LaGuardia school in New York City, TEDX TLV, commissioned artist for a portrait of Shimon Perez, and several international exhibitions in Europe, America and Israel.
